Moguls Properties is a property marketplace for listings submitted directly by real estate professionals and owners. Listing is free. You may use your own photography, video, and floor plans as long as you have the right to publish them.
What a listing includes
Each listing page presents the property with full photography, landscape or vertical films, floor plans, an optional virtual tour, open houses, and location. It also presents the listing agent: headshot, introduction, brokerage, approved contact details, an optional introduction video, and for members of Real Estate Moguls, a direct link to their Moguls Card.
How it works
- Create a listing account and confirm your email address. Our team approves new accounts.
- Build your listing in five guided steps: property, details, media, agent, and preview. Drafts save to your account as you work.
- Submit for review. Our team checks accuracy, listing authority, and media rights, then publishes the listing or requests changes.
- Inquiries and viewing requests arrive in your dashboard and by email. Update availability at any time and confirm details periodically so listings stay current.
What is never required
Real Estate Moguls membership and VibeSociety Studios production services are optional. Neither is required to list a property. Membership in Real Estate Moguls is selective and is separate from a listing account.
Listing standards
Listings must be accurate, current, and submitted by someone authorized to market the property. Descriptions should be factual and must not express a preference based on any protected characteristic. Read the Listing Policy for details.
