Listings are provided by listing parties
Listings are submitted by real estate professionals and owners. Moguls Properties reviews submissions but does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or condition of any property. Verify all details with the listing agent. Moguls Properties is not a multiple listing service and does not represent buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants.
Listing accounts
By submitting a listing you confirm that you are the listing agent, an authorized representative, or the owner, that you are authorized to market the property, and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You confirm that you own or have permission to publish all photographs, videos, floor plans, and other media you submit, including any required credit to the creator.
You grant Moguls Properties a non-exclusive license to display, resize, and distribute submitted listing content on this site and in related promotion of the listing for as long as the listing is active. [Owner review: confirm license scope and duration.]
Review, changes, and removal
We may request changes to, decline, or remove any listing that is inaccurate, outdated, unauthorized, infringing, or otherwise inconsistent with the Listing Policy. Listings that are not confirmed as current within the freshness period are archived.
Viewing requests
A viewing request is a request to the listing agent. It is not a confirmed appointment until the agent confirms it with you directly.
Reporting a problem
To report inaccurate content, a rights concern, or a listing that should be removed, contact [Owner review: corrections contact email] with the listing address and a description of the issue.
