When you create a listing account

Saved properties

Properties you save are stored in your own browser. We do not receive or store that list.

How we use information

• To deliver your inquiry to the listing agent responsible for the property, with a copy to our staff where configured.
• To operate listing accounts, review listings, and send account and listing notices.
• To prevent spam and abuse.

Marketing

Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We send marketing email only if you separately opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not send marketing text messages without the consent required by law.
